The XL size feels slightly more spacious than a perfect fit for me, who is 188cm tall and weighs 75kg. I think you can wear it without any problems even if you're wearing pants underneath. I haven't used it for mountain climbing, but I used it twice in rainy weather for commuting. I've only tried it on otherwise, so I think the condition is good. I think the water-repellent function still works well, so it should be usable as rainwear, but please purchase it only if you understand that it is a used item.
