I was looking for a white porcelain kyusu (teapot), but after I bought this dobin (teapot), I found a kyusu that I liked, so I'm selling this one. The good thing about white porcelain is that it's easy to remove tea stains. You can keep it clean with melamine sponges or baking soda. The surface is matte and has a warm feel without any gloss. I liked this dobin because it's stable. I think it would go well with roasted green tea or genmaicha (brown rice tea). It doesn't seem to come with a stainless steel tea strainer, but there is a porcelain tea strainer inside the spout.
