This is a set including a wooden tub for sushi rice, a mini rice paddle, and bamboo mats. It can be used to cool vinegared rice or for chirashi sushi. I used it once for chirashi sushi at my child's sports day, but they've grown up now, so I'm putting it up for sale. Tub: Approximately 27cm in diameter, 7cm in height, made in Japan. Mini rice paddle: Approximately 14cm, made in China. Bamboo mats: 27cm x 27cm - 1 piece, 18cm x 14cm - 3 pieces, made in China.
