Blue light cuts an average of 33% of the generally dazzling light range (380-500nm). These are date glasses with clear coating blue cut lenses that reduce blue light, which can cause eye strain and sleep disorders. The special coating reflects and reduces ultraviolet and blue light, reducing glare and blur from monitors, smartphones, tablets, games, and telework displays and screens. Also, because the lenses are highly transparent even when reading regular documents, they are easy to use daily and make things easier to see.
