This is a bass drum lifter sold by Drum City, a division of Japan Percussion Center. It's a superb item and difficult to obtain. By laying a floor tom, etc., on its side and attaching a pedal, you can use it as a kick drum. I used it to convert a 16-inch floor tom into a kick drum. I've used it for a long time, but I'm selling it because I've acquired another small-diameter bass drum. As a bonus, I'm including four REMO 16-inch heads that are still usable.
