I used it for about a year, practicing about an hour a week. It's sturdy equipment and I think it can still be used. Both thumb areas have been repaired by a sporting goods store. For reference, the user's build is 170cm tall and weighs 65kg. Please understand that this is a used item, and check the condition in the photos before purchasing.
