This is a keychain that was included as a novelty item in a commemorative bento box for the 50th anniversary of the Sanyo Shinkansen's full line opening. We don't need it, so I'm listing it in case anyone who likes it wants it. The bag has been opened. The keychain inside is unused and new. (There's probably a protective film on it that hasn't been peeled off, so it looks a little opaque.)
