This is a black dress with fringe. I think it can be used for dance practice, as a dress, or for recitals. The stretchy fabric makes your body line look beautiful. I bought it overseas for about 10,000 yen and only tried it on once. I'm selling it because I no longer have the opportunity to wear it.
