I purchased this in a store a few years ago. I've used it about twice, and it shows no signs of wear. I've lost the accompanying shoulder strap, and there are scratches on the handles, as well as a crease-like line on the back of the bag (opposite the ribbon) (please refer to photos 5-8). However, the surface and interior of the bag, and other noticeable areas, are in very good condition. Unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to use it, so I would be happy to pass it on to someone who doesn't mind the imperfections and will cherish it.
