This is a summary of all subjects for the Japanese Bar Examination Preliminary Examination (Short Answer). Recently updated to include revisions to the Penal Code in Reiwa 7 and the Civil Procedure Law in Reiwa 8. How you use this product is entirely up to you, but here are some examples of study methods: * Use it as a supplementary material while solving past short answer questions (for example, look up how a particular topic is summarized in this product when you get a question wrong). * Edit the summary, such as expanding the sections on areas you find difficult, while working through past questions. * Search only for your weak areas and review the procedural flow and relevant articles (some parts of procedural law, such as criminal procedure law, include easy-to-remember mnemonics). * Bring a printed copy to the preliminary or bar exam for final review (for example, it's effective to review difficult-to-remember points like exemptions and reductions of punishment in the Penal Code right before the exam). In any case, I believe this will support your short answer study. Studying past questions is important not only to understand the trends but also because the same questions are sometimes asked. In fact, in the preliminary exam that the creator passed, they noticed that 4 questions on the short answer exam were the same as past questions. Due to the large volume of past questions, each subject is quite voluminous, but with that much information, you should be able to acquire enough knowledge to pass, and I believe it also thoroughly summarizes each purchaser's weak areas.
