This is a macrame shoulder strap with flower accents. The length is adjustable, so it can be used by children to adults, and with summer clothes to winter clothes. To prevent the wooden beads from hurting your shoulder, there are more flowers on the front side and fewer on the back. Of course, it's also reversible. If the excess string from adjusting the length gets in the way, "tie" it and then cut off the excess. You may not be able to tie it after cutting. The strap is crossed around the wooden beads. Pulling the tied side shortens it, and pulling the flower side lengthens it.
