I received this about a year ago and have kept it at home, unused and unopened. However, the seal isn't perfectly adhered, and as you can see in the third photo, some powder has escaped from the seal. Also, the puff is slightly dirty, as shown in the fourth photo. Therefore, I've marked it as "no noticeable scratches or stains." I hope you understand. Thank you for your interest!
