This is a cut-and-sew garment, similar to a sweatshirt, featuring Donald Duck's star-shaped pocket. It's made of a fabric that's perfect for the changing seasons. The top part of the star is open and serves as a pocket. There's also an illustration on the back. I used this for outings, so there's no noticeable damage, but it is a used item.
