I used it for a girl, but it would be cute on a boy too. The hood can be removed with buttons. ○ Regarding "Slightly damaged/dirty" Photo 3 → The bottom has a little dirt. It's not worn thin. Photos 4 & 7 → There are some pills on the elastic cuffs of the hands and feet. They should come off easily.
