Tuning is done at A=440Hz at a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius, but at today's room temperature of 27 degrees Celsius, it will be around 442-443. Pitch varies greatly depending on breath strength, so there are individual differences. From the low notes to three octaves, it resonates well with stable pitch, making it a quena suitable for live performances.
