This is a masterpiece skirt from the French brand, Isabel Marant. It's a knee-length skirt with a seam around the upper thigh/hip area. The skirt hugs the body from the waist to the seam, and then flares out. The lace at the hem is delicate and lovely. The waist closes with a zipper and a button. It has a lining made of the same fabric, but it's a thin, delicate cotton, so it might be see-through. I think an inner layer is necessary. I think it's cute to wear a T-shirt or a sweater (in winter) untucked, rather than tucked in. The color is a muted orange. The photos make the orange look more vibrant, so I've tried to adjust the color in the 8th photo to be closer to the actual color. Please understand that it's not a perfect representation. It's new and unused, in beautiful condition, but it's from almost 10 years ago, so there might be some unnoticed fraying. It's also recommended for those who collect archives.
