Mont-Bell kids' size 110 rain pants. They are still wearable, but there is damage to the seat, hem, and overall. I found them useful when my child was sliding on the grass, so I had them home-cleaned before listing, but there is still some soil that couldn't be removed. There is especially dirt and damage on the seat. There are no holes. (Sorry if I missed any) There were two places with the child's name written on them, so I have erased them with a black marker. A storage bag is included. This one is generally clean as it hasn't been used. I haven't done any additional waterproofing treatment at home. Please understand that these are used items with some issues before purchasing.
