This item has been used only a few times and stored, so it's in good condition. There was a chip in the printed lettering from the beginning. This is an effector that simulates analog sound and the lo-fi sound unique to tapes. You can create broken sounds with it. I've checked the operation before listing, but the sound comes out after waiting about 10 seconds after turning on the power, possibly due to latency. I forgot whether this was a specification.
