This is a yukata obi (sash) with a pre-tied bow. It looks red in the photo, but the actual color is a deep pink. It has been used about twice and is currently stored at home. You can easily wear a yukata with this. Wrap it around your waist and tie it with the attached string, then insert the bow part.
