I've remade a commercially available pajama to have an open shoulder and front opening. This allows for stress-free dressing for children who are bedridden and unable to move, or those with IVs, or those who have difficulty moving their arms due to tension or paralysis. It may also be easier for administering feedings via gastrostomy tubes. My child has physical disabilities and requires medical care, so I remake commercially available clothes for them to wear. There are no particular problems in daily life, but the snap buttons may last longer if you assist with putting them on and taking them off. I have remade these with care, but they are amateur quality, so there may be areas where the stitching is noticeable. I appreciate your understanding.
