I think it's easy to match with both skirts and pants. I don't think I've seen thermal tops from this brand very often. The size is indicated as 3. Since it's thermal, it has quite a bit of stretch, but the width under the armpits is only about 26.5 cm when laid flat, so it seems to be quite a tight fit. I think it's a size that's suitable for someone who is a size S to a slim M.
