This is vintage fabric, but I think it's beautiful. I bought it because it's cute, but I haven't had a chance to use it, so I've just been displaying it. It has a strong presence with beads and decorations. The length cannot be adjusted. *I am also selling another one of my family's items, so please take a look if you'd like.
