I purchased this item here and used it a few times. The back side is slightly misshapen and has a dent. Also, the zipper is stiff and requires a bit of force to open and close. The misshaping is likely unnoticeable when items are placed inside. There is no significant damage, but please understand the zipper issue and that this is a used item before purchasing. It's convenient for commuting and going to school as it can hold a wallet, a water bottle, a pouch, etc.! The shoulder strap is removable. This strap is unused. Color: Black
