Washburn N4 USA 1994, One Owner Purchased around '94 at KEY Shinjuku. All maintenance has been done personally, so the condition isn't the best. Please understand this before purchasing. The original Floyd Rose unit is included, but about half of the screw holes on the base panel are stripped and loose, so you'll need to fill them and re-tap the threads, or use longer bolts and secure them with nuts on the back. It's usable, but consider it a junk part. Some areas bit with normal bolts, so I fixed them temporarily. The headstock tip broke off when it fell over, so I repaired it myself with flooring adhesive. There's no impact on the neck. String height is about 2mm on the 6th string at the 12th fret, about 1.3mm on the 1st string, and about 2.5mm on the 6th string at the last fret. Please understand that these are personal measurements and may have some error. Use them as a reference. The frets have about 40-50% life left, so can the string height be lowered further with fret replacement and maintenance? The neck has a slight bow, typical of N4s? This is also based on my personal feeling, so please understand. The truss rod turns both ways. The toggle switch for the front pickup wasn't working, so I rewired it, but it sometimes doesn't switch properly. Needs wiring refresh. The jack was originally loose, so I replaced it, but the last 5mm of insertion is tight, so please understand. In other words, it's hard to pull out. The hard case is in relatively good condition. One back panel is missing. There are other dents, stains, and rust, but please understand. I recommend professional maintenance. Please understand this before purchasing. Since the pandemic, these have become popular, and people aren't selling the pre-1995 models. As far as I can confirm, there are only 3 of these in Japan, including this one, so how about it?
