This is the official pamphlet from KAT-TUN's 2018 live tour "UNION." It comes with a flyer that was distributed at the arena seats during the concert. After purchase, I opened it once to look through the contents. Overall, it's in good condition, but there is a small fold and stain on the corner of the included bag (see photo 3). The contents are in excellent condition, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about storage by a private individual. I am also selling other pamphlets.
