This is a Stratocaster-type body and the original knobs and wiring base plate from a "Tokai SPRINGY SOUND ST-42". It's from the early period before the model number changed to ST-45 due to a price increase in 1979, and the serial number on the neck plate is 800XXXX (7 digits), so it's likely a 1978 model. Despite being a regular line product, the build quality is good, and the wood grain matching isn't bad. The body has scratches and dirt.
