I believe I purchased this around the summer of 2020, brand new. I used it until around the fall of 2024, connecting it to both a PS4 and a PC. All accessories are included. I sold both my PS4 and PC due to moving, so I can't confirm its functionality, but it was working fine the last time I used it. However, you might need to adjust the stick deadzone settings, as it sometimes registers input even without being touched. I believe this is within the range of individual variation, but please be aware of this.
