Thank you for viewing. I purchased this in August 2024 from Amazon and used it for about 1 year and 3 months. I used it about once a day. There were no operational problems when I was using it, and there were no problems with the operation when I tested it during the cleaning before listing it. I used citric acid and cleaned it as much as possible, but there is a feeling of use. As shown in the 4th, 5th, and 6th photos, there is white water stain residue that I couldn't remove on the inside of the main unit and on the silver steam plate. I think there are other white stains on other parts that are not shown in the photos. As shown in the second photo, the warning sticker on the lid is peeling off due to steam. As shown in the 7th photo, the plastic on the power button is torn. The filter replacement sign did not appear. When shipping, I will pack it in the original box and attach the shipping label directly to the box. In addition to the main unit, I will include the instruction manual. Please understand that this is a used item and that the cleaning and inspection were done by an amateur.
