The ribbon on the back is self-tie and adjustable. The back is open, but it conveniently hides bra straps, making it easy to wear with any undergarments. I bought it at 109 and have worn it about once or twice. It's a free size, but since it's from a gyaru (probably) brand, it's not a particularly large free size.
