This is an authentic product purchased from an authorized dealer. It has been wrapped in a vinyl sheet since I received it, and I have stored it as is, as I thought it would provide good protection. As this is an unopened item, I cannot handle initial defects. Please contact the manufacturer for support. I will wrap it in air cushion and pack it in a cardboard box for shipping.
