I bought these because I liked them, but my child outgrew them without ever wearing them. The material is 97% cotton and 3% polyurethane, giving them a soft, knit legging-like appearance. They are stretchy. The stripes are cute, and they are flared pants with a scalloped hem, which is adorable. See photo 2.
