Although it's almost new and in beautiful condition, it wasn't in a bag, so the tag got folded and slightly scuffed during storage. Therefore, the condition is listed as "Like new". The cushion itself is unused and clean, but due to the material being a soft, suede-like fabric, there are some areas that appear scuffed.
