I believe this is a Blazer from around 2008, a high-cut sneaker with an animal print, similar to Nike SB specifications. The box is not the original one for these sneakers. It's a zebra pattern. Since it's from about 18 years ago, there are, of course, some scratches and dirt. However, they are still wearable. I think it was originally a women's model released overseas (as far as I remember, it wasn't released in Japan). But, as you can see from the size, it's a typical overseas size... 28.5cm.
