This is a Game Gear + Sonic the Hedgehog 2. The box and the console itself have many scratches and stains overall. The reason for the "as is" condition is that there are spots on the screen (please check the photos). They are easy to see on a black screen, but harder to see on a bright screen. Also, the back of the instruction manual is cut off and missing (please check the photos). All capacitors have been replaced and the operation has been confirmed.
