This is a dress from the manufacturer Tremolo Planning, and the pattern is unusual. The hem is made of a sheer fabric, which is cute. The cuffs were too loose, so I moved the button positions and reattached them. Please be aware of this, or if you are able to fix it yourself, please consider this. It also comes with a tie, which you can use around the neck or to cinch the waist.
