Cel animation of Honey Kisaragi from Cutie Honey Flash. It's an anime from around 1997. I believe there's also a douga (animation drawing) on the back. I bought this about 25 years ago at a shop in Kinokuniya, Umeda, that specialized in manga and anime. I was really into original drawings and cel animation back then. The expression is great. I haven't opened it since I bought it, so I don't know what's inside. However, from touching it from the outside, it doesn't seem to have hydrolyzed yet, but there is a slight sour smell.
