This item has been carefully cleaned at home after use. It is not underwear that touches the skin directly, but can be used as a shaping innerwear or spats. There are no noticeable stains or scratches, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items. I have worn it many times, but it is durable because it is a Wacoal product.
