This is a used item that children used to play with. It was stored separately from other Monster Collection figures, so I don't think there's any color transfer, but there is some minor soiling. There is also a part that looks like a paint defect from the initial production (photo 6). Please check the photos. The height is just under 4cm when laid down. Please refrain from price negotiations.
