This is a handmade item I purchased. Worn twice inside the park. It's very cute, and I was hesitant to sell it, but I'm listing it because my child has outgrown it. I will also include the yellow tights that were worn with it. The red ribbon is removable. There are snaps at the neck for easy on and off. The elastic on the hat shows some wear. There are some areas where the color is faded on the collar of the top and part of the hat. I don't think it's noticeable when worn (see photo 4). Also, the tights have some fraying on the thighs (see photo 11). Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about items being stored at home. TDR TDS
