New, unused. No outer bag. No obi. I bought this as a judogi, but it probably isn't for judo. The collar fabric is thin, and I felt it wouldn't be suitable for the collar-grabbing that is characteristic of judo. The fabric is crisp and seems like it would dry quickly after washing. The pants have an elastic waistband and seem comfortable. Recommended for those who do karate, lightweight martial arts uniforms, or as loungewear! Please inquire about price reduction.
