I bought these heels, which were supposed to be 14.5cm, to match a dress, but the actual size is 17.3cm. I've only worn them indoors once or twice. The heel is made of plastic, not rubber. There are some minor scratches on the clear parts of the inner sides of the shoes, but they are in relatively good condition. There is no original box, so they will be shipped in simple packaging or a suitable box. I am often out of the house and may not be able to respond immediately, but please feel free to contact me.
