This is a Lucky card from the early Pokemon Metal Collection. It's from that time, so I think there are some scratches and dirt, but they're not very noticeable. It was stored in a sealed box in a house with a smoker. I moved it to another house and wiped it with alcohol, but please purchase only if you understand this. Please refrain from negative reviews regarding the smell after purchase. Returns are not accepted. It will be put in a bag, wrapped in bubble wrap, and shipped via Yu Packet Post Mini.
