For most menu items, you cook for the first 5 minutes, and then set it to keep warm for 30 minutes, and you can make stews and other dishes without any further effort. ☆ Mine is a similar type, and the ingredients become tender and delicious. It seems to be compatible with IH cooktops. Includes the instruction manual and a recipe book with 30 menus. I looked up the retail price, and it's about 15,000 yen.
