I purchased it several years ago on Mercari as a new, unused item, but when I tried to use it, the rubber had deteriorated and I couldn't use it, so I stored it. You could replace the inner rubber and use it as a scrunchie, or you could use it as a decoration for a doorknob or room; I think it would be cute either way. Set of 4 Disney character ear hair ties.
