This is a garage kit purchased at an event. The outer box has been opened for photography, but the parts inside are unopened. It's a radio-controlled car kit, but it seems that a receiver and transmitter need to be purchased separately. (See photo 4) I am not familiar with radio-controlled cars at all, so I cannot answer detailed questions about the product.
