This is NamePro, embroidery name software sold by Brother. The accessories are as shown in the photos. A CD for installing the software is included, but the photo shows the latest version of Embroidery NamePro downloaded from the Brother website, so please install the latest version when using it. The included USB is the key to launch the software. This is a used item. There is also a box, but please note that it may have tears or other damage from storage. Data created with NamePro can be output in DST format, so it can be used with embroidery machines from other companies.
