It has pockets on the back to insert ice packs, keeping the head and back cool! Great for outings on hot days and preventing heatstroke. The hot days continue, so it's a good material for the hot summer season. I was told it was used a few times before I received it, so I think it's in relatively good condition. There are no noticeable stains or scratches, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned as it is stored at home and is a used item. Note ⚠️ Ice packs are not included.
