Purchased from a dyeing specialty store, this is a single-layer shantung furoshiki (100% cotton) that has been indigo-dyed using various techniques. The fabric is sturdy. Tie-dye, mandala, cloud, powder dyeing... various dyeing techniques have been used. A large amount of indigo powder was used. Dyed with alkaline ionized water. Compared to conventional products, the same amount of dye was used, but the color is richer and clearer. ☆Size Approximately 78.5cm x 78.5cm (before dyeing ⇒ 80cm) (Please allow for some error) Color-fixing treatment has been applied, but considering the possibility of color transfer, it is recommended to wash it separately the first time. When freshly dyed, the smell of the dye may remain. It will gradually disappear. Rubbing it strongly with your fingers or the first wash may cause your fingers or the water to turn blue.
