The first photo shows everything included (transmitter, receiver, and AC adapter for the receiver). I used this recently for a live performance, so there are no issues with its operation. Regarding this model, there is no issue with the battery door of the transmitter, which is sometimes mentioned. The metal fitting on the back of the transmitter is detached due to a broken retaining part. Please note the contact of the AC adapter input on the receiver. (It is recommended to secure the cable between the receiver and the AC adapter so that it doesn't move much during use.) Please be aware that there is a general feeling of use due to aging.
