The tag has been removed, but it's likely made in the USA. The vibrant blue color with the back print is striking. It appears to be a uniform for the "PIONEERS OF ALASKA" organization. The hood is stored in a pocket at the neck. I don't think it's used much, but it's stored in good condition. The condition is very good, but there are some scuffs, scratches, and stains.
